Hello and welcome!
My name is Bradley. My wife, Angela, and I have decided to go on an adventure. We decided this adventure is going to be long–hopefully, and for some odd reason we want to bring the internet along with us. This is our first step on our Brangie Adventure called the Aviary Cocktail Project. We’ve been inspired by incredible people to try to do something cool. The plan–Make every cocktail we can from the Aviary Cocktail Book. These are next-level unique cocktails that require all kinds of gadgets, gizmos, and patience. We hope to grow as bartenders, cooks, and people while doing something fun and unique! This is for us, but anyone is welcome to read and follow us on our adventure. I hope you get something out of it.
So far, I learned how to host a website, start a WordPress template, write a few blog entries, and get frustrated at my computer without smashing the monitor. If you want to learn more, follow our blog here on this website. The current goal is to have a short preface with notes I took on OneNote, before I learned how to make a website. After that, we will go on to the main event: creating craft cocktails from The Aviary’s Cocktail Book released in November of 2018.
